LABELLING MACHINE

Used for applying labels on periphery of round bottles in any material such as aluminium, H.D.P.E, glass, plastic, etc. Horizontal labeler is used for placing labels on cartons, CD’s, blister pack, pouches, etc. Various diameter bottles can be accommodated on the machine.

CAPPING MACHINE

The machine in stainless steel 304 mat finish with one complete set of change parts suitable for any one size Diameter of Caps & Bottle. Total machine body construction is in m. s. powder coated & coverings are in S.S 304.

AUTOMATIC WEIGH POWDER FILLING MACHINE

Used for filling all free flow granular material such as drinking chocolates, detergents, coffee or tea powder, cereals, grains, spices, etc. Specially used for filling products inside plastic jars, glass bottles, cartons, etc.

CARTONATOR MACHINE

 Used for automatic filling of products inside cartons for higher productivity rate & accuracy of filling. Models are available in ROTORY and LINEAR types. Rotory cartonators are useful where there is space limitations & productivity rate is low. They are specially designed to automatic pack small quantities in multi size cases. Linear cartonators are used where productivity rate is very high & there are no space limitations.

COLLATING MACHINE

Used for filling inner cases/bottles into outer cartons. Different principles such as pneumatic pushing, pick place mechanisms are used for accurate placing of products into the cartons. No manual interpretation of operated is required. User friendly machine can be operated by any person.

CUP FILLER MACHINE

Cup fillers are mainly used for free flow products like Sugar, Dal, Masala, Kurkure, Seeds, Detergents, Tea, Pulses, etc. The machine have rotating cups given drive with the help of clutch – Brake system operated with help of sensors. Material is loaded with large capacity hopper on the top of dish.

DEBLISTERING MACHINE

 Used for unpacking of tables from filled blisters packs. Any size of blisters can be accommodated with the help of adjustable roller arrangement.

THICKNESS AND DIAMETER SORTING MACHINE

Used for automatic sorting capsules, tablets according to their shapes & sizes.  Irregular, broken or deformed tablets are seperated out from good quality tables. Specially useful for sorting round, concave shaped hard tablets, candies, chewing gums, chocolate lenses, coated almond, etc.

TABLET AND CAPSULE INSPECTION MACHINE

Tablet Inspection M/c is used for visual inspection of defective tablets, both coated and Non-coated type of all sizes, most conveniently and at a very high speed, ensuring strict quality control at the same time. Machine is available in single track belt design or Teflon coated roller design.

LINK BELT CONVEYOR

Used for transferring of material specially blisters/tubes etc. from machine to filling magazine in Pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries. Belt is available in single speed or two speed. Specially in two speed belts 1^st belt is run at slow speed for inspection purpose & 2^nd is kept at high speed for loading into magazines. Also rejection assemblies are provided for online rejection/collection.

PACKING LINE CONVEYOR

Used widely in packing lines in Pharmaceutical, food, Breweries, Cosmetics, Oil industries, etc. Specially suitable for inspection of material during packing operation as speed of conveyor is slow. Also used for collection or manual packing of product.

SLAT CONVEYOR

Used for transfer of bottles / Cartons in filling, capping machine line. Conveyor can be straight or 90º bend type depending upon the filling machine positions. Such type of conveyors are also suitable for labeling applications or for batch coding.

ROLLER CONVEYOR

Used for carrying heavy items during loading or unloading. These are specially suited for filling oil drums, bulk juice cans, etc. They are used in carrying cartons upto the loading/unloading bay in industries such as Oil, Food or Pharmaceutical. The conveyors comes in motorized drive type or gravity type.
